We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our lighting products.

Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. If you experience any issues with your lighting product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

To qualify for our lifetime warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase at rovinginc.com/warranty. Proof of purchase is required to register your product.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents. We are not responsible for any installation or removal costs associated with warranty claims.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to proceed. We may require that you return the defective product to us for inspection. If we determine that the product is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Our lifetime warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
